Since our beginnings, when puffs were sewn and sized completely by hand, until the present day where automated mechanical arms are responsible for feeding our machines, there have been several generations that have endorsed and guaranteed our work, as well as companies that have counted on us decade after decade.
Amongst the raw materials that we have on hand are velvet, silk, ribbons, guatas, foam rubber, leather, SBR and NBR latex, flocked foam, cellulose foam, etc.
As manufacturers, we can offer you a wide range of combinations and measurements, as well as being able to personalise our products with your brand name or colours, packaging, sterilisation (gamma rays), preparation for automation, etc.
Amongst our product line, there are Puffs for loose powder, compacts, talcum powder, sponges for both cream and liquid makeup, compacts, makeup removers, brushes for blush, eye shadow applicators, lip outline brushes, etc. We also have a range of products prepared for individual sale, dedicated especially to cosmetic wholesalers and beauty professionals, and we always this series in stock.
As a complement to our manufactured products, we also design compact protectors (cellophane-polyester), sieves for loose and talcum powder, protective sponges for the interior of jars, and much more.
